Key Tips: Amazon Product Optimization This Holiday Season!

Ready for the Holiday Season? Is Your Amazon Store ready as well?

As an online buyer, you will probably land up on Amazon sometime in your lifetime. More so during the holiday season. Therefore online sellers need to ensure this information is cleverly utilized to showcase their products for the vastly increasing buyer base on Amazon.com

Important Tip to rank well on Amazon:

1. Make sure you use Amazon's structured data to add as much information about your product as possible when uploading them to your Amazon account. Be detailed - quantity, price, availability, features, search terms must be filled up as applicable. This gives your product the best chance to keep showing up when a buyer funnels his search (filters are provided on the left hand side of the Amazon website)

2. Descriptions should be accurate and complete. Keywords to be used but don't stuff 'em. Make sure your call to action is clear to your buyer.

Amazon expects you to optimize your products for selling, not ranking. The more sales your products make, the higher you rank automatically. Never ever forget this!!

All the best and wish you Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year!!

Is there LIFE beyond Google Rankings??

Google's dominance in search space is leading everyone to believe there
is NO LIFE beyond Google rankings. The truth is completely different....

Media in different forms is growing big and search is a very small part of
the bigger picture. Hence, it is becoming imperative to look beyond
Google rankings alone to prosper online.

Yes, Google does lend its benefits owing to its huge reach and presence but in reality you need to understand:
- What business are you into? will Google alone drive traffic to you?
- What are your customers looking for? What are they searching? Where are they searching?
- Are you reaching your customers based on keywords or their intent?
- Do some media perform better than others for different businesses?
- Is my business B2B or B2C or B2C? Are there options other than ranking high on Google to drive traffic?

A lot of considerations to make and address.
Do NOT go for a Google ranking based approach without understanding the
above correctly. If done with the right guidance, it will not just help
save $$$ but actually bring in loads of profit $$$ to your online
business..
